Compensation - Minimum? Maximum?

For each job title, there is a minimum and a maximum salary for that position. That is what you see below shown in the tan box:

The graph represents the lowest and highest salaries paid for that position (reported in US Dollars). We have made it easy for you to see what the median is (the middle of all salaries reported) as well as the Min Salary and Max Salary recommended for this position (located in upper left).

To move on to the next step in the qualification process, applicants must enter a salary amount in range of your organization's target compensation, including Commission and Bonus.

You can change the Min/Max Salary by entering any dollar amounts you want specific to your organization.
