Lever Integration: Setup

The integration setup must be performed by an Admin role for both career.place and Lever.

Connecting career.place to Lever

1. Log into career.place and go to the settings section
   
   
2. Click the Integrations tab
   
   
3. Scroll down to the Lever section and click the "Connect Lever Account" button
   
   
4. Log in with your Lever credentials (you may skip this if you are already logged into Lever
5. Authorize the access that career.place requires for the Lever integration
   
   
6. You will be brought back to the Integration tab in the career.place Organization Settings screen
7. Scroll back down to the Lever section and choose the Lever Stage that candidates will be moved to when they are deemed qualified by career.place
   
   
8. If you see any errors appear, contact career.place support at [e-mail]

Setting up the Webhook in Lever

The webhook is what allows career.place to capture new applicants applying to Lever jobs.

1. In career.place, go to the Organization Settings -> Integrations tab and scroll down to the Lever section. Copy into your clipboard the webhook text without the "https://" part.
   
   (Note: the last part of the text will be different for your organization)
2. In Lever, go to your Settings screen and click the Integrations and API menu option
   
   
3. Click on the Webhooks tab
4. Enable the Application Created Webhook (it may already be enabled if you have other integrations in your Lever environment)
   
   
5. Click the Add Webhook link
   
   
6. On the "https://" line and paste the text you copied in step 1 above.
   
   
7. Click Verify Connection to ensure the integration works
