What does the career.place integration do for Jobvite

The days of resume and phone screening candidates are gone. Career.Place brings anonymous candidate screening to any job on Jobvite so candidates are evaluated equitably and inclusively. Only candidates that qualify, based on the job's criteria, are progressed in the Jobvite Workflow. Additionally, by skipping the traditional resume and phone screening steps, up to 80% of time and effort is eliminated in getting to your short list of qualified candidates.

How does it work?

When integrated, you will have the ability to connect any job (qualification funnel) in career.place to any job in Jobvite. Once the Jobvite job is connected, all candidates that apply will receive an email inviting then to qualify through the qualification funnel in career.place.

Career.Place keeps Jobvite informed of the status of each candidate through the use of Custom Fields on the candidate's record. And, when a candidate becomes qualified or unqualified through the funnel, they are progressed to a pre-determined stage on the Jobvite job's Workflow.
