Employers thoroughly analyze the job requirements and company culture to determine the important characteristics that are necessary for successful performance on the job and fit in the workplace. Employers then set the thresholds of what they are looking for in these characteristics. Finally, career.place compares your results from the assessments to the thresholds set by the employer to determine if there is a fit. If there is a fit, you may continue with the application; if there is not a fit, you are informed so that you can focus on other applications.
It is important to note that the results of your assessments and your individual response patterns are NOT shared with employers at any time. Neither is any feedback that has been prepared for you by career.place. This helps keep you anonymous and eliminate any unconscious biases. Employers ONLY know that you meet the thresholds they set and will fit with the company and position.
