If all jobs at your organization require candidates to have certain certifications or education, you can set this as a default that will apply to all new jobs with your organization.
- On the top menu, click Organization Settings
- Your browser will take you to the Organization Settings page. Click on the Defaults tab.
- Scroll down to the Education & Certs area. Choose from the drop down menu what education and certification requirements you have for the position, or you may create your own. Then choose whether to Default in job for all new job postings.
