This is easy - because your candidate will be stuck for hours taking all of them.
And, are you sure that you need to measure all of the traits? For example, if you are looking to hire a high schooler for a life guard position for the summer, is it important to measure their "drive for upward mobility"? Or is it more important to measure their "commitment to doing the job properly"?
Don't waste their time (and yours) by testing them on traits that are not relevant for the job.
