Organization Admins have the ability to perform all operations on the career.place platform. Regular Users do have limited capabilities; however, some actions are configurable for them. Only the Organization Admin can modify permissions on behalf of regular Users. The following permissions are available to configure.
- Organization Settings: allows user edit permissions in the Settings tab of the Organization Settings to set up defaults on jobs. (Click here for more details.)
- Purchase Unlocks: allows users to purchase additional Unlock credits while revealing candidates on a job
- Create Jobs: allows user to create new jobs in your organization
To modify user permissions (Organization Admin only):
- On the top menu. click Organization Settings
- Click Users tab
- Click on the user to modify permissions on
- A pop-up will appear showing the current settings
- Check or uncheck settings
- Click the Save button
