A job can be edited in either the Draft or Posted state. It can only be edited by either the Hiring Manager or Recruiter defined in the Job Team, or by any Organizational Admin.
Note: Once a job has been posted, you can no longer edit your Knowledge Quiz, Homework, or Interview questions; you may only add/or delete them.
To Edit a job:
- Locate the job you wish to edit on the Jobs Dashboard
- Click the Edit button found on the right side of the job
- You will be placed into edit mode on that job where you can make any changes
Note: Editing Stage 1 or Qualify criteria on a Posted job will not have impact on candidates in stage 2 or beyond. For more information about changing Stage 1 criteria to change the candidate flow, click Changing Stage 1 Criteria.
