An easy way to start a new job post with all those great quiz, homework, and interview questions would be to just clone it. That's why we provide a duplicate feature so you can get that next job post out quickly. You can duplicate any job, no matter its status, including posted, draft, closed, or archived jobs.
Note: In order to do this you must have the Create Jobs Flag configured in your user profile or be an Organization Admin.
To duplicate a job:
- Locate the job you wish to duplicate on the Jobs Dashboard
- Click the Menu icon (3 dots) to the right of the job on the Jobs Dashboard
- Select Duplicate Job
- You will be placed into Edit mode of the duplicated job
- You may modify the requirements and job content as needed for this position
Please note that all job content will be copied, and the job will be in draft mode. You will need to post the job as soon as you are done reviewing and making modifications.
