What is the goal of stage 4, Interview?

Stage 4 is focused around culture fit and/or for questions where a video response would be more appropriate. Candidates who have gotten to this point have already proven they have the foundation for the job (stages 1 & 2) and demonstrated their abilities to do the job for you (stage 3). Using recorded video interviews, we can now compare the final set of candidates in this last stage by how well you feel they would fit into your organization.
