Stage 4, Video Interview overview

The video interview stage is where you can ask candidate's questions more conducive for a video response. Are you expecting strong collaboration between team members? Are you looking for more of a team player, or more of a team leader? This is the stage where you can ask candidates questions to help gauge how well they will fit with your organization and team. Candidates will perform a video recording of themselves answering these questions.
