Allowing a candidate to re-record interview responses

Recording yourself on a video can be a nerve-racking experience for a candidate. This is why, by default, we allow them to re-record their responses prior to submitting them to you. However, there are times when you may want to capture their first thoughts in a response. To do this, you can disable allowing them to re-record.

To change the re-record option:

1. Edit the interview question (see instructions here)
2. Click the Enable re-record response slider and make sure it is grey
3. Click the Save button on the bottom right of the screen
4. Click the Save and Close button (or Save & Repost button, if editing a posted job) on the bottom right to exit the Interview Management Screen
