What is the goal of Stage 3, Homework?

Stage 3 is the "Show Me" stage of the career.place hiring process, the Homework Stage. It's where you can have your candidates SHOW you what they know. In Stage 3, you present candidates with homework questions of business scenarios related to the job at hand in your organization. Candidates will use their knowledge, skills, and abilities to answer these questions through typing in answers and/or using attachments as needed. The idea here is to see which candidates have what it takes to perform the job in YOUR organization.
