What is the goal of stage 1, Criteria?

All candidates looking to apply to your job post will go through this stage first. It is a completely automated stage, meaning the job Team will not be required to evaluate any candidates.  Candidates will automatically be qualified and passed on to the next stage in the hiring funnel or be disqualified from the job post.  Candidates will receive immediate feedback after completing this stage so they will know where they stand with this job position.

This stage is presented to the candidate through a series of questions that they will be required to answer one at a time. To begin setting up this stage, click the Criteria Tab on the left of the Edit Job screen. Here you will see a series of tiles representing the different types of question you can ask the candidate.
